Should I toss the whole colony?

Peppermint shrimp didn't work for you? Or a filefish?

Over a dozen peppermints that are now down to just one. I have a filefish that is eating them nonstop and is getting to the point where I almost question obesity, but it just can't keep up with their reproduction. I let my infestation get bad after a tank crash and am now just doing what I can to try to keep my biodiversity, even though I'm quite tempted to just do a full dry out and reboot.

Wow, that is brutal. I've got a few in my coral QT and am thinking about using it as a testing ground to make sure any peppermint shrimp I get will actually eat it. Only 3 small nems in there right now.
