Should i trust PAR METER ?

Hello,
I recently bought a seneye for par measuring, and to have 450 par on the top of my 550LT (200cmx60cmx60cm) tank I need to set my hydra like this:

is it possible? To me, they seem very low values.

This is a hold image of my tank with the actual par measure using the new "low settings", now the layout is a bit different.

Before the light tuning all blue and purple channels were on 90% and 40% White but the PAR meter measured 800+ on the top.

Do you think my actual setting are too low?

If the middle lights are hydra 64s then it is probably right, I can’t tell if they at 32s or 64s from the photo.
That is a really nice tank. What brand is that?

The lights are 2 26HD and 2 52HD

What is it down there where the rocks are? I seriously doubt that under a Hydra 26HD is is anywhere close to 800 on the rocks. That is all that matters.

You mean near 120 or 150 text?
The 850 reading was where I write 400 (between the 52HD and the 26HD). Now I have 420 on the same point

850 is on the surface of the water, right? The surface being 6.5” under direct light from a 52 and a 26. The Seneyes can be a little tricky. Are all of your hydras configured with the same exact settings?

850 is 1.5'' underwater; 8" under the LED. Yes, Hydras are all synced.

Ill configure mine to the same settings this afternoon and do a par test for you if you like.
This may not be accurate as I only have hydra 28's, I think your numbers are right though.

Thank you, but the test is not necessary The tank is going well with the new low settings so I think the PAR mesure is right.
