Recently i adding some seachem stress guard to heal my tang due to white spot, mine is 2 feet reef tank and i found that after i adding stress guard, my skimmer go crazy and can fill the lather(black~brown colour ) in one day( before adding S.G it take 4-5days to fill)

There's not really any harm in temporarily turning it off, no.
thanks, after i checked the seachem website, they suggests should turn off skimmer. But i'm afraid the water will get worst since i have feed 3 times a day for let them get stronger to deal with white spot

Unfortunately I don't think there's a third option open to you.

When you say "white spot" are you talking about ich? If so I don't see any mention of stress gaurd helping with that but maybe you mean something else :thinking-face:
yesss im talking about ich. since this time i desided to feed more and keep water stable while not using any medicine(polylab medic, Dews95)

and i have seen ich will injured tangs body and i want to try whether stress guard could help
