I purchased a used Bubble Magnus NAC3 skimmer a while back and a small crack has developed on the side releasing some of the bubbles produced. My tank is 65G and currently only housing two clowns but has a bit of algae. Unfortunately the skimmer isn't pulling much of anything and I will be running a bio pellet reactor for carbon dosing and keeping mainly SPS coral. I know a skimmer will be playing a huge part in the success of my tank since bio pellet reactor require strong skimming. If I were to upgrade my skimmer there are two on the market I am interested in:

Reef Octopus Classic 150INT

Reef Octopus Classic 150SSS

Hello. I use the reef octopus classic 150ext and i use on my 150 with 1 lionfish. It very much does its job. So I believe you will be fine with either one. Good luck

I use the Reef octopus 150int on my 125 and it works great. You should have no issues for a 65.
