I'm getting ready to set up a 220 FOWLR and I'm tossing around the idea of buying a high end UV sterilizer. I'm looking at keeping some of the more expensive fish and want to prevent any disease outbreaks in the tank. Is this a good idea? How beneficial would this be for my tank? I was looking at the emperor aquatics smart UV products. Any advice would be appreciated.

Go with a aqua uv top notch great service I'd go with a 57w minimum for that size of a tank if you are running it for pathogens so you can run a considerable amount of flow through it to help avoid heat build up from the uv
