Should I use red + blue lights or just blue?

I'm buying a light from hygger on Amazon. Thry have 2 different ones. One has red + blue and the other has blue. Which one should I get?

Red helps photosynthesis, if you keep corals or other sun lovers.

Red light can be good but definitely not as much as blue
For corals you want to make sure their is more blue/uv/white then red/green

If the choice is blue or blue and red, blue and red is better for corals.
