Should my panworld pump be this loud?

Just an update. I sent the pump back to BRS. They confirmed that it had a bad bearing and are sending a replacement. The new pump should be here on wednesday. I am always impressed with BRS customer service, it really does make the difference.

That's great to hear! As myself and others have said before, even the most expensive, well known pieces of equipment can be defective from the manufacturer. Glad BRS stepped up.

I've run iwaki's and panworld pumps for years and they are bullet proof. I run one on my system, a PS150 on my basement sump and it's been flawless now since 2015. Great pump for the money.

Once again, glad it's getting resolved!
