Should Prazipro be killing feather dusters?

So I dosed 7.5mL of Prazipro to my JBJ 45 on Tuesday (today is thurs). I expected to see the tiny feather duster (or I think it is anyway) that poked out of my live rock to die as a consequence - a sad but necessary casualty. However, two days later he's still out feeding. Does this mean I did not dose enough? I estimated I had ~ 35 gallons of water.

As far as I know with Prazi, it isn't a guarantee that it will kill inverts like feather dusters, it may come out of it fine, or it may die in a couple weeks as a consequence.

I believe that as long as the worm itself doesn't consume a deadly amount, it would be fine. The bottle just lists the potential risks, but the risk itself is a low one.

Thank you. I just read someone saying if it’s clear that means it’s inert and won’t do anything. Is this true? My bottle is clear instead of pink.

Thank you. I just read that if the solution is clear, instead of pink, that means it’s inert. Do you know if this is true?

I haven't read that anywhere myself, so I can't confirm that. Do you have a hospital/quarantine tank? How many fish are you treating? I've always isolated my fish to a hospital tank, anytime I dose medicines. Doubly so for my Marine tank, as I'm still learning my way through it. Just because your feather duster friend hasn't died, doesn't mean you didn't dose enough, he might just be lucky. I don't think that I would bank on the pink vs clear information. I would just cross my fingers, and hope the feather duster makes it, if you can't isolate the fish.

No. Clear is fine.

The OP asked if it was OK that his feather duster did not die. Yes, that is ok. Just keep following the instructions. I have not had any invert loss in the two times that I have used Prazipro and I was successful in treating intestinal worms and flukes following the instructions.
