Just a quick shout out to eShopps. I had a minor issue with one of their new ALPHA Rack Nano frag racks, and sent them a quick image detailing the problem. They got back to me very quickly with an RMA and are replacing it at no cost to myself. More often than not we see examples posted of poor customer service and a company's refusal to stand behind their products, and it's the rare occasion where a company goes above and beyond and truly shines - and I feel those instances need to be recognized. So kudos eShopps - you've earned a lifelong customer!
