I had a bad power strip on one of my lights, called on Friday,filed a claim, had the new power cord by Monday. Good job.
That's nice to hear. When I had to warranty my AI 26HD it took over 3 weeks. Like they didn't realize the light is the life's blood of our coral. Luckily I had an LED hood on my JBJ28 that I wasn't using at the time and it kept everything alive until I could get the AI light back.
 
I had an A360we go out for no reason... now they want $100 to “look” at it with no guarantee they can fix it, or replace it at a “discounted” price of $337. After I paid $500 for it when it was new. Warranty has passed... so let’s just say they arent so gracious once you are out of warranty
 
Same I have had no bad experience they helped send update cables and screws I needed all for free
