I just wanted to take a moment to thank @rvitko and Tunze for excellent customer service. My ATO stopped functioning correctly:

Tunze 5017 pump never shuts off

Hi, I have a 5017 model ATO which has worked perfectly for 3 years. Two days ago, the fill level moved way past the optical sensor and put in 5 Gallons of fresh water in my sump. I checked the sensor, it is relatively clean. Should I clean the sensor in vinegar or just order a new one? -Tom

The ATO was over a year out of warranty. rvitko had me send it to him, the problem was fixed and sent back in the mail. I only paid initial shipping to Tunze. It's rare to see good customer service so I like to point it out when I see it.

I'm really jealous. I've been following @rvitko on this forum for a few years and RC for over a decade and I've always been impressed with his willingness to help and troubleshoot Tunze products- the problem is that none of my Tunze equipment has failed during that time, so I'm stuck here living vicariously through others :/.
