Show me your bowfront tank canopy!

Looking to build a canopy for my 46 next weekend, noticed most posts are 3 years old. Sides and back brace I started, mostly looking for ideas on the front. I'm going to piano hinge the top front half too and hang my Leds in it.

Show me what you got and build pics would be great! =)

It’s not truly a bow front, but I built a canopy for a JBJ28 which has somewhat of a bowed front. You can at least see how I handled the curved front and maybe get some ideas. HERE is the build.

Looking good. When I built a custom 175 bowfront stand for a client I laminated three pieces of 1/4" cherry plywood to make a round piece of 3/4" plywood. It was a PITA.

Looking good! Round is probably the most difficult canopy for sure. I really like the shelving on the left side of your stand. Coincidentally, the cherry stand I built also had a bookshelf on the left end.

I finally found the pics of the old bow front tank and stand I built. Since you just finished yours I figure you can appreciate this one.

Nice job Slammed01 looks like it turned out great. Duanes (trido) above is/was very nice furniture quality stand & canopy, and not only did I get to see it in person.... helped deliver and install it.
