Hi - Late to the party. I built this a LONG time ago - but never finished by DIY automation project. Piles of electronics, put away (likely forever).
Features -
18 Outputs divided across 6 GFCI Circuits.
Each Output has its own dedicated circuit breaker (1A - 5A depending on device)
Each Output has an HOA switch allowing Hand (ON) - - Off -- Automatic (Controlled by Relay)
Each Output has a power and control indicator LED
Each GFCI has a status Indicator
I also built a current sensing board for each of the 18 outputs, but never installed it.
The left side (not shown) has two circular bulkhead connector - 1 for 12V logic for the relays and 1 for 0-10V out for current sense of each channel (Not installed).
Each of the 18 120V outputs exists the box via a waterproof circular aircraft connector. Custom cord whips are made for each device.
I just purchased a Profilux 4 and am going to use it to control this box.
There are no PowerHubs available. They say March, but I have my doubts. I could use S-port relays, but I would need to swap out all of the tyco 24V relays for 12V versions. PAB PowerHub seems safer (isolated from P4 main board) and easier (if not more expensive).
