I'm about to draw up some plans for a client and would like to see some of your own in-wall setups!

The tank is going to replace a fireplace...yay jack hammers!!

Its pretty easy to do too!
Pretty much just make a Regular wall with a window with access to the plumbing and the top of the tank. Depending on the finish it could be a fast job...especially when menards precuts wood. :D

Plus I get to use the basement for the sump. Its gonna be sick!!!

The trick is keeping at as low a cost as possible. I could go nuts and easily make something that would cost $20k if they let me...unlikely haha! I've mastered the art of fake walls living in an open house with animals and a music studio. Landlord didn't like it but I made it so the walls could be taken down like shelves leavin only a few holes to putty. I do that with tanks too...if someone moves the odds of the new owner wanting a reef is not high. Making it removable and somewhat mobile helps a lot with keeping property values up. Clients love that aspect :)

Front of the tank and a pic of the back side and the sump off to the side
