Show me your mounted Apex controller!!!

I made a key typo. I think the control room SHOULD look as good as the display. Considering the cost of that hardware, I’d be showing it off too.
well, i am in total agreement with you..lol

it is alot of work but well worth it

Thought I'd share a few photos of the finished project. Still have some clean up work to do, but it's finally installed. Sorry for the poor cell phone shots...

The wall side of the peninsula:

Behind the removable access panel and tucked against the wall:

Apex control panel pulled out for access:

Eyes aren't what they used to be, so I utilized a spare tablet for control:

I'm looking to do the same thing with a pull out vertical drawer. Can you show more pics and where you got the hardware to have it slide out? Thanks.

I think those should be perfectly fine. I actually ripped all of mine out... my old mounting was just a quick temporary solution. On my new setup, I did rear mounted hinges.

What did you use to mount the boards to the inside of the reefer cabinet. Is it just L brackets screwed into the stand walls? I feel a little bad screwing screws into the stand.

Just picked up an Apex system and looking on how to mount it. I'm thinking going to IKEA and get me a cabinet. Thanks for the ideas

well i finally rewired and almost finished my setup. I still need to hide some of the wires and replace some of the white extensions with black ones so they dont stand out but 95% done. Now i need to work on more dynamic and corrective programming so the system can not only warn but take corrective action to a degree.

Also a work in progress, but my husband @wmhaupfear and I wanted a “clean & simple” look to our 150 gal. The side partition houses the Apex, EB832, WXM, and FMM and is not a removable wall. We used desk grommets for wire management and all wires feed into each module from below it for safety. The front cabinet holds the DOS, a future DOS, dosing container, and an iPad. This is actually a drawer that pulls out fully so we can refill the dosing container and access the electronics. The drawer still needs a finishing touch using a door sweep to close the gap you see and some lights behind it.

Feel free to follow and provide advice in our build thread!
