Trying to get ideas to clean up my stand and hook up my apex.

Maybe even a sucker... I mean volunteer to help me out.

I think for most reefers, it isn't as much wire management as it is wire mismanagement. Or in all likelihood, a complete rats nest as it is in my case

mine is terrible but thats ok i just use a dj strip and stuff the wires and nobody knows

Started using flex tubing after seeing a few pictures of people using it. Very happy with the results. Man does it hurt the back to try and work under the stand.

If you have room you could build a stand just for your apex equipment. I just paid someone to help me clean up my rats nest. It's better now because of the flex tubing but its still no where near where I would like it. There are a few threads on neptunes forum with some nice looking setups.

Have to clean pumps and stuff too frequently to keep them neat so I don't bother.

I saw some kind of wire box conduit mentioned somewhere. I might look into something like that when I have some spare time on my hands. I should have built a bigger stand

flex wire conduit is a darn good idea

Built an enclosure out of fiber board and sealed it with black epoxy. everything mounts to the panels backside that I can get to with a removable side cover on the stand. Its a bit more cluttered now with 3 phosban reactors and the calcium reactor but wires are managed the same.

A lot cleaner than it is. I had it pretty well organized before the stand swap but it was a pain in the butt to do anything when I had to take things out to be cleaned.
