My before and after maricultured pictures would always end with a coral skeleton. I started 0 for 3 in the maricultured world and now only buy aquacultured frags.

It's fun to score new pieces. But I honestly think at this point, with all the choices already in circulation, that we (hobbiest) could get along just fine without taking anymore from the ocean.

Im a sucker for anything pastel! Sadly most of them dont last its usually just a bleaching event. Keep us updated my guess is its gonna turn a really nice purple

Wild milli?
1st pick is under my old halides and its pretty much what it looked like when I brought it home.
Its been in my 20g nano cube for 2 months under 2 16hds.
Light pink to a dark pink with orange accents and white polyps.
Its hard to get a good pic in the nano.

Maricultured piece of Millepora.

Grew from a really light colour to a deep pink/purple. First and only Mariculture piece I have, really liking it!
Fun fact: didnt notice the growth until I put the two pictures together, knew the base has grown substantially, but couldnt see growth in the branches until the pictures
