I struggle with getting accurate colors on my phone camera, but I've had this frag about a week and I can't wait to see it grow

@CodyBot has the best suggestion for buying a pallette of color films to tape to your camera. He could explain it better, but you need something to filter out the blues.

Love me some milli’s but they are the slowest growers in my tank for sure. I am sitting on a palmers blue milli and I’m checking it daily for new growth!

Crazy. They are one of the fastest growing acros for me.

That is wild!
just out of curiosity, what kind of lights do you run, water parameters, par, and flow. I know there are a million variables, but just curious where your numbers are.
I run Orphek full size, no3 around 8-11, po4 0.01 or so, and par is in the 300 range in most places I believe. I do need to get a par meter rental again and test it since I lowered them a few inches. 4 MP40‘s and a gyre are what I use for water flow. Other corals grow crazy. Haha

Is that a duplicate baby colony right below it. Beautiful reef btw. What par is this? I see you have beach bum Montis right next to it which I thought people have in lower par overall.

Parameters are as follows:

78 degrees (inkbird)
7.5 alk (Hanna)
.03-.08 PO4 (Hanna)
5-8 Nitrates (Hanna)
425 calcium (Salifert)
1425 mag (Aquaforest)
About 8.2 ph (Hanna

Lights are two Noopsyche K7 pros 3 on a 32 gallon fluval flex 32. Flow is one Nero 3 and a Red Sea ReefWave 45 (which is way oversized for this tank). Par for the millis range from 300-450 based on placement measured with a Apogee 510 that I just bought.

I have 7 millis and about 40 acros and millis are hands down the fastest growing with spath being the slowest. Tenuis is funny and varies from piece to piece, I have some that grows super fast and some that have just been chilling. Smoothies (granulosa) grow super fast, microclades as well. I got my first tort recently so I can't attest to how that will grow, but it has already encrusted fully over the plug in a matter of three weeks.

Almost 50 sps in a 32? Maybe I can add more pieces to my cube! I don’t have that many but feel like I only have room for 5-7 more pieces.
how do you like the Nnopsyche lights, I’ve looked at them for my upcoming frag tank. it is crazy how fast some things grow. My TSA fuzz in a year has probably grown 8-10 times its original frag size. While my TSA Optimus prime has mostly only encrusted in the same time frame. Haha
who knows.

Whats the first milli?

Sorry,
Just saw this reply?
That is a Battlecorals BC Sex Feast
It's a beautiful pink Milli, capable of color shifts depending on nutrients and light. In this picture, it's in lower light, and takes on deeper tones and saturation, with metallic hues.

@386reeftrader has the 1st generation cutting off my mother, and it took on crazy hot pink tones. I think he has a picture of it. Hopefully he can post.

I have a frag that no one has picked up that's in LED lighting on the rack. Lit under hydra 26 and Reefbreeders. Crazy that noone in Orlando market willing to drive 45 minutes to an hour for a $50 frag, lol :) Here's my frag, soon to be backup. It's been in low light and colored down, but recently bumped the light and its getting better coloration.
