Yea it's pretty rediculous one of my friends want to start breeding them and sell them cheap as so the stores will either have to compete or start buying off him his supply is good right now

May be a dumb question, but can you catch them your self if your not far from the ocean? I know corals maybe protected but are inverts too?
I thought stuff would be way cheaper there than cold Toronto
 
I have 2 of these skunks. I think I have two peppermints... I see one of them regularly but almost impossible to get his picture (always in a hole).

One of the skunks is holding. Is it possible for them to breed successfully, even with all the shrimp eaters in my tank?

The trouble with shrimp is almost all species start as floating. So unless you specifically try to raise them the babies will never make it a day

Yep, very very difficult to raise them.

Yeah, I did see that earlier in the thread. Thats a little disappointing. Oh well.
