Out of curiosity, does he still have the caudal spine as he looks to be missing most of his caudal as well as his fin.

Totally without the tail, but he's clearly the fastest fish in my tank for sure.

My buddy was able to find a Dussumieri for me so I’m all done on tangs for some time lol. Starting him in QT and hope to introduce to the display eventually. He was collected off of Africa. Already pretty social and eating like a pig.

Finally someone who appreciates the Chevron adults! I love the blue striping they have.

Also for a fish that tends to starve, that is one fat Convict.

Adult Chevron are such beautiful and graceful fish the way they have metallic blue/black glitter, intricate pattern in the bright light. I actually prefer the supple beauty of the adult Chevron to that of the Orange and brown hearing bone pattern of the juvenile Chevron.

Hands down the nicest adult chevron I’ve seen in captivity- and kudos on the camera work, that’s not an easy fish to photograph in that detail.

Purple tangs name is Nix, yellow is Mr Bubbles, and the blue is Bandit! Soon to add a powder blue (in a month) as my last edition to my tangs!

@OrionN what is the tang in the middle?? The darker one. Never seen one of these before! But your post on one of my other threads where you showed off your powder blue made me want one! Beautiful tangs
