Well, I may no longer be the first, just got a call from Saltwateraquarium.com talking about the pump thing..maybe I'll be the first to fill the 7g AIO, now!

If y'all want to send me a 4g out of good faith, once a new pump is squared away, I will proudly blast your awesomeness all over social media ;)
(I mean, I will anyway but, can't hurt to ask!)

Just a change in design, the filter socks are optional and the holding plates for them are removable. Just giving more options to the person on how they run their systems :)
 
@Waterbox Aquariums thank you for sending out the replacement pump for my 7g AIO! It is a much better fit than the ECO66, and with a small piece of filter sponge, almost completely silent!

You guys rock, less than a week from initial complaint to resolution!

Yay, glad all is silent and you are running perfectly now :) Sorry for the mix up with the first pump.

And it is wet. Awaiting For Bulk Reef Supply to get the primes back in stock. Mixing my salt in tank, so sand and live rock still need to go in.

Today I received my platinum 40.1 Waterbox and while the black stand and sump are amazing, I was rather disappointed to find several small cracks in the edges of the two back glass panels. I’m not sure if it will even be an issue but I don’t think it’s something I should have to see on a new tank so hopefully I can eat it replaced. Otherwise very happy.

100% do NOT fill that with water. That should be replaced- the glass is cracked.

Yup don't use that tank. It's ruined. File a claim with the shipping company.
