At the recent MACNA Aquatic Expo we met up with Pacific North West Custom Acrylics and fell in love with their 0.3G Micro Reefs so we bought a few for our office. Our dwarf gobies are thriving in these tanks. We'll be setting up a few more but show us some of our micro and pico reefs for inspiration.

I just got mine in last weekend and set it up with rock and water from my 10 gal nano tank. I can't wait to take it to work after I get it cycled here! Yours looks great!! I'm loving the whole setup!

Be great to fill up with bubble algae and a couple emerald crabs to see just how much they eat as apposed to spread

Which goby is that? A starry goby?

I just set mine up this week.

Currently just have a nice green and red discosoma rock and a few snails. I'll add some more coral next week. I'm intrigued about the biota post with a dwarf goby. In the past I had a dwarf Hairfin goby and they are so tiny I wonder if this might be an ok home for one of them. I was thinking maybe a sexy shrimp and pom pom crab but now biota has me thinking

Starry seem like they might be a bit too bit for this tank but I think any of our Eviota should be fine. https://shop.thebiotagroup.com/products/hairfin-dwarf-goby
Yeah, I agree. The picture just didn’t look like the hair fin goby I have in my Pico reef for some reason. I am constantly amazed how small he is even in a 3.8 gallon. My understanding is the cosmic nano goby also has a max size of 1 inch or less, so do you think that would work as another option?

Yes, the cosmic, prasites, lachdeberei, and atriventris all should be fine. I think most of the trimmas should be fine too but we've had some bulky white spotted trimmas over the years that might be pushing it.
