I just got mine in last weekend and set it up with rock and water from my 10 gal nano tank. I can't wait to take it to work after I get it cycled here! Yours looks great!! Our dwarf gobies are thriving in these tanks. We'll be setting up a few more but show us some of our micro and pico reefs for inspiration.

Yeah, I agree. The picture just didn’t look like the hair fin goby I have in my Pico reef for some reason. I am constantly amazed how small he is even in a 3.8 gallon. My understanding is the cosmic nano goby also has a max size of 1 inch or less, so do you think that would work as another option?
Yes, the cosmic, prasites, lachdeberei, and atriventris all should be fine. I think most of the trimmas should be fine too but we've had some bulky white spotted trimmas over the years that might be pushing it.
