In my opinion... yes, and definitely looks nice with that light... but I would say: depends on what are you going to do in the tank? Are you going to add corals??

I'm planning g a mixed reef. Mostly softies, but I want a few of the moderate light sps. That's why I have the rocks towards the higher end of the water level.

Curious if any of you Evo peeps have upgraded the return pump and if you're liking what you chose. The stock pump just isn't cutting it really and I'd love to upgrade to something with a little more power. Would love to hear if any of you love what you've upgraded to!

I upgraded to the Sicce 1.0 return pump... definitely a lot better but it JUST fits into the chamber with a lil bit of nudging. It's adjustable too but you have to take the pump out in order to adjust it(only downfall, especially if you have a bunch of stuff in the chamber like me)

I'm currently running the same filtration that came with it. I have bought a protein skimmer though and not the P2 from fluval. I plan on upgrading chamber 2 with an media basket from intank in the future

i am about to upgrade mine return pump as well. I can't decide between Sicce 1.0 or 0.5?

I'm still cycling the tank as of right now so no livestock yet but we're getting there! Everything is stock on the tank except the Lights. I'm using the AI Prime Hd fixture. Anyone else using this? What do you have your percentages at?? I plan on upgrading the return pump eventually. Just not sure with what yet. Also I put a Jabeo PP4 powerhead in there to help with circulation. Thing is so powerful. I'm still working on the perfect angle to where it's not blowing sand up everywhere.

So awesome to see everyone's tanks and the mods people have done. Defiantly going to upgrade my return pump so it would have a bit more power to it, I have a Hydor 245 gph powerhead but I turned it off being that it seemed to bash my Euphyllias around a bit too much. Debating to upgrade the stock light to maybe an AI Prime HD because it is a little overkill but I'll eventually upgrade to maybe the Red Sea Reefer tanks so the light could go on that when I eventually do. Excited to see everything grow out!

Yes, I'm using the Tunze 3155 ATO... little expensive but works perfectly
