Hi not to shaw what baby this is, if anyone can help I would be vary grateful, just noticed this in my tank on my live rock.
I know it's a shrimp but not shaw what, I have two cleaner shrimp and 1 red banded shrimp and now the new one!!

Did you get live rock? If so it came on it, same with many hichhikers like algae, pods, and corals.
Big giveaway for a pistol is having one claw much larger than the other (looks like this one is missing a claw though) and making a loud snapping sound.

Has similar spots, it’s called a Thomas striped pistol shrimp.
If what you have is a pistol, I’d assume it’s a non pairing, rock dwelling species.
 
No live rock that is new the tank is about 2-3years old so confused I am
Any recent corals?
It likely could have been hiding out for that long and you just never saw it. If it’s a pistol I would have expected you to hear it by now.
I could be completely wrong on the ID too though.
