So I have a five gallon nano tank with two clownfish and a few scattered corals, would anyone have a shrimp in mind that I could put in the tank?

Blood red fire shrimp would be my choice. I have skunk cleaners and while cool they love to reach into corals and pull food out of them. Coral banded are interesting and I have kept them also but the blood red fire is much prettier IMO and mine has never bothered corals. Snapping shrimp are cool too but not so much if they aren't paired with a goby which would not be an option in a 5g tank already housing a pair of clowns. They are the ones I have kept, there may be other options I'm not familiar with. All mentioned do need a place in or around the rocks to hide and feel safe so your tank layout would need to allow for that.

Well thank you, ill see if the saltwater store near me has them, thanks for your suggestions :)

I think a 5 gallon is perfect for rock flower anemones + 2-3 sexy shrimp. Or colorful maxi minis, but in a tank that small I'd be worried about the maxi minis eating the clowns.

Sexy shrimp are so fun to watch & in a tank that size, you’d actually see them. The only thing is that they’re not awesome shippers, so if you can find them locally, that would be my vote!

Yes! You have a few options cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, sexy shrimp, etc.
Would all of those get along with my clowns

I have a cleaner and blood. Cleaner is way more active / fun to watch but is a pig and a half. he eats everything from everyone, including stealing.

Blood red shrimp rarely see him if ever. He hides on the bottom of a rock and see him sometimes when feed is around him then gone.

I have a 25 gallon

Sexy shrimp can't hurt the clowns. Cleaner might even clean the clowns. Not sure about a peppermint, but I might worrry about a coral banded shrimp in a tight space like that. On the other hand, I understand a breeding pair of clowns can go on a murder spree.

I have all 3 types with clowns and they’re good together. I had an evil coral banded shrimp though that grabbed any fish that came near it. Even my very peaceful Fiji Puffer!
I also have a fire shrimp that lives in the same burrow with a purple Firefish. IMO, they’re all pretty safe.

+1 on the RF anemone and sexy shrimp idea. They’re great to watch especially when paired off.
