Shrimp like critters on new live rock

Currently have a tank in my garage set up with a stack of live rock that i have been collecting for a new tank.

Been keeping an eye on any critters that are on it, and have noticed quite a few of these shrimp looking creatures.

Any idea's as to what these are?

They also seem to be loaded with Turbo Snails (tiny ones

at the moment)

Amphipods, common hitchhikers and beneficial as food sources and clean up crew.
