Shrimp looking critters in my sump

Changing filter socks today and this is the first time I noticed these guys. Anybody have a positive ID? Good or bad. I never added them, and have dipped all my corals. Don’t have QT ability at the moment. 6 mo old tank 2 clowns, 5 chromis and a yellow wrasse. A few softies and torches, all seem to be doing well. Parameters all good.
 
Can you post pictures? Video won’t play on my end.
Look up amphipod - I’d bet that’s what you’re seeing. If so, they are good guys that act as great detritus cleanup and great fish food!
 
They look like little shrimp of some type

Yep, amphipods. It just surprised me to see them in there. I never added them, somehow they found their way. I’ll let them do their thing
