So, we have some peppermint shrimp to clean up aiptasia, and would love to get at least one cleaner shrimp and one fire shrimp. Would this be a bad idea? Or would they get along ok?
We have a 40g reef tank with only the peppermints and a orchid dottyback due to fish in another tank not getting along with her.

I had a 180 that I used to keep: Skunk cleaners, Fire, Peppermint, Coral Banded without any problems.

That's a bit bigger, but from what I've been reading they seem to do ok as long as they have a little space. I just don't want to have any issues and lose anyone!
Here's our tank, it's our first ever reef tank!

It's all fun and games until someone molts.

I would say it's risky in that sized tank. I would go with the CBS and call it a day. Fire Shrimp are my favorite but they are very shy.

Have 2 Cleaner and Fire on standard 29g. They do box once in a while if shrimp step their territory. No major damage. I prefer Fire since they do not steal food compare to Cleaner.

Coral Banded Shrimp/CBS/Banded Coral Shrimp, sorry.

You can get pairs of Fire Shrimp, Skunk and CBS at LA sometimes. They are all cleaners to a certain degree. My fire cleans my damsel when the damsel allows it.
