Shrinking Elegance Coral

So I just added an elegance coral to my 400g and it was fine for a month but after I left for a couple of days (neighbor was feeding) and came back, it has shriveled all up, hasn't opened, and didn't grab food like it usually does. Salinity is 1.023. Water change 2 weeks ago. Every other coral is doing alright. pH 8.6. Temp 77.
