I have 2 regular mushrooms and a ricordea. The first mushroom was a green spotted and it's been in my tank for almost 2 months and is doing very well. I got a cobalt mushroom and a ricordia during the WWC live sale. I put the cobalt about an inch or a little more lower than the green while the ricordia is another inch or so lower than that (across the tank). The green is still doing great, the ricordia looks fine... the cobalt has shrunk. All of my corals sort of shrink/close at night but this blue one is not really opening back up. I did drop the pump in the tank which may have hit it a week or so ago (I wasn't sure, I grabbed it and yanked it out before investigating), but it seemed fine afterward?

I was looking into this too and settled on alkalinity swings but following to see what others say
My calcium, magnesium, and alk were a little lower than normal- 380, 1200, and 7 respectively. I got coral pro mix for my last water change and I'm about to test tonight before changing again.

So far it is the only coral showing weirdness from what I can tell.
