Shriveled zoas?

My zoanthid frag is very shriveled. What does this mean? My zoanthid rock is doing ok, but this frag is completely shut.

Parameters are all spot-on. Could my light be too powerful? I put it in a shaded spot and it didn't bounce back.

How long has it been in your tank? It sometimes takes quite a while for some zoas to adapt to their new surroundings. Different varieties seem to take differing amounts of times to open up. I've introduced several frags at one time with some opening immediately and others taking a week or more to start opening up. What is your flow like? High flow will sometimes make some of mine fail to open.
