Yeah it was time man. For the longest I just couldn't justify the cost but getting too busy to keep up was probably a blessing in disguise in the long run. Going to be interesting to watch things unfold in next few weeks and to see what happens with tank in next year or so.

It's been a slow roll getting Alk dialed back in. I don't think I'll be pushing further than 7.6-7.8. As minimal as it is I do have life coming back online in alk usage dept and def seeing trends now.

Cleaned the glass, cranked up flow and got light schedule ramping moar faster like before. Somewhere along the line I got smart and dialed lights back along the way of not paying attention to stuff.
So far so good.

Definetely will I want to see what happens when I get DOS plugged in and all set up. So far it really does feel like the missing piece to my reef success puzzle.

Don't feel bad Nate my wife stuck this goblin stick we have on a rack in the shade and it bleached out but finally starting to get its color back

Well. I tried to bid on a Halloween bounce from poto but someone sniped it from me. So now I'm s out of l.

No shrooms for me , zoas , sticks, hammers, torches , Montis, acans, lobos, leathers.

Not a single shroom. Only gummies for me.

I literally find mushrooms, in random places Constantly.

Discos be Poppin up in rock that was seeded with recently dead coral skeleton. I've got 3 entire rocks I refused to use again because they are covered with multiple clusters of "so-so" shrooms. I'll frag off the ones I like, and give the rocks with the rest of the life on it, to my LFS when they reopen. Everyone says mushrooms are super hardy. I find it to be a very mixed bag. I've lost 30 to 50 mushrooms since the fire. As far as percentage goes, proportionally I think I lost as many of those as I did to euphyllia. Less than SPS.

Thats cool i didnt know mushrooms spawned like that. My poccilopora spawned everywhere... every crevice on every rock
