Shut off for ATO

Ok I was wondering if there is a way to add a float valve to my ATO without drilling my sump ? I have a smart ATO and wanted a fail safe so I wanted to add a float valve to the end of the 1/4" tubing . I was wondering what float valve can I use that I wouldn't have to drill into the side of my sump. I need something that I could hang from the top of the sump some how

Autotopoff.com I believe sells brackets that will hold a float valve so you don't have to drill
