Shut off skimmer while dosing Red Sea Colors?

I cannot find the answer to this question for the life of me!! Red Sea is closed today but I'm starting dosing and need to know. When dosing Red Sea Coral Colors A, B, C, D, is it best to turn off skimmer? If it's not necessary I'd really like to know therefore I can purchase a slave pump for the dosing pump just for the Colors program. Thanks!

I see no reason to shut of a skimmer, and see no mention of it by Red Sea.

I do not turn my skimmer off when I dose the color. Now when I did their Reef Energy it stated to turn skimmer off for 20 mins or so

I auto dose the colors and do not shut off anything, for what it's worth.
