Sicce biopellet reactor

Who's running one? What biopellets are you using in them? I'm currently running one with Octo bio-spheres and they don't tumble at all.

Heres a bump for you. I'm not familiar with that reactor but make sure you have plenty of flow, the pellets are not clumping, etc.

Thanks. So flow is all the way up with the 1300 pump that came with it and I have 1/4 of the pellets SICCE claim can be used. I even took the screen out and the pellets do not fluidize like they should. I've reached out to SICCE just waiting to see what they say. Pretty disappointing.

Can you post a pic please. Maybe we can figure it out. Is the first time using it? Sometimes bacterial mulm can clog openings and restrict flow.

So what you see is the most I've ever seen them move. I set it up with clean water on my counter. These pictures are with the pump on full and without the screen on top.
