I think I have a 190 gph return in my 30 gallon and works decently well I could imagine the next step up around 220-240gph that's tunable would be nice

SYNCRA SILENT 1.5 PUMP (357 GPH)


In my 32g biocube. It fits nicely and I have been very happy with it. I also recommend the random flow generator nozzle that you can get on brs.
