sicce pump wont connect

i have a new sicce 9.0 i hooked it up about a month ago and connected to my wi-fi no problem. a week later it disconnected on its own and i cant reconnect, they sent a new controller same thing. after going through procedure my phone wifi says cant connect to network or no internet. im not computer literate so it could be me. any ideas i see other posts with same problem, i tried there remedies but none worked. thanks

I have wifi 2.4 as well as 5g in the house.. I can not communicate with my sicce 9 in 5g as it was put in with 2.4.
Just a suggestion

Try this yet?
I can also say at the time, they did not like Google for whatever reason. I had to download another search engine. I used Microsoft edge at the time and it worked well.

thanks i will try it later when i can get guidance from my son. i knew i should of got an AC pump no wifi. there are a lot of procedures there that sicce never mentioned, like 2.4 just sent a new controller.
i dont understand why it worked fine for a week then disconnected. thank you for the info, i will LYK if it works.

I currently have a SIcce 6.0 and it disconnects a lot. But to get mine to connect a second time I have to factory reset the controller then it worked.

Mine has been fine since.
The only time now is when power goes out. Always reconnects tho,even if my dashboard says disconnected. Someone told me that is becuase I don't have the temperature feature. It's an older model. I got it when they first came out.
It's a good pump, cleaned it I think twice in 4+ years. It's in my basement at 66% with about 300/350 gallon per hour.

i really liked the pump when it was working with wifi, could adjust speed and ck temp. im using it now on manual but other day power went out for a second and it resets to full power, i think is a bad feature.
i have tried factory reset, didnt work.
