I’ve reached out to Sicce, but haven’t heard back yet.

My pump has been running fine for a few weeks. App works and everything. Yesterday morning, I get a notification on my phone that there’s a running dry pump fault. Okay. I was monkeying with my water levels and flows a bit, and I can see it running dry. Oops. At this point, the app ceases to connect to the pump. I get home from work, and the pump is running, but the app doesn’t connect. I unplug and replug in the controller from the wall. Nothing. It’s not even creating the WiFi network to connect. The pump is running, and the controller works, but no WiFi.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution?

Did you ever get a response? I’d be interested in knowing what the issue and potential fix is/was

I submitted a case along with a photo of the serial number. Not 12 hours later it started working again for some unknown reason. Sicce got back to me and suggested I reset the system, but I never found the need to do that. Here are their instructions:

1- Enter in ContrAll – Settings and click on Factory settings;
2- Unlock the controller pushing shortly the central button, then reset it by pushing simultaneously the buttons ECO+PAUSE for 11 seconds (during reset time the blue led will light up and at the end it will switch off).
3- Unplug the pump, wait a minute and then power it up.

Then please try again the configuration procedure.

"Nothing. It’s not even creating the WiFi network to connect."

In case it helps anyone else, after a few hours of searching for the exact same issue, the ECO+PAUSE reset worked. Thanks!
