I'm trying to do an initial set up on my new sicce syncra sdc 7.0 pump and am encountering several issues. First, I cannot seem to get the app to consistently connect and control the pump. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and no change.
Secondly, when I can get the pump to work when i power it up to 100% it automatically shuts down. I can unplug and reapply power and it will power back up but still can't fully power up the pump without it shutting down.
