Yes, it can, it is a variable pump. You will be able to control it through its mobile app.

If it says minimum of 800gph then that’s as low as it can go. That being said if you add head pressure then it will go down more.

The 800 - 1900 GPH is at zero head. Your system will not be running a zero.
