Sicce syncra sdc pump not playing nicely with apex

Pump is connected to apex.
Tile is on dashboard.
The problem is the dashboard says the pump is running at 100%. If you go into the tile it's shows that it's only program to run at 40% constant. In fact the pump is running at 100% And I have no idea how to control it now.
I'm probably missing a step but I haven't really been able to find any instructions other than a video that I saw. Can anybody out there help me?
I still have the main controller attached to the pump and if I try to control the pump with that it'll go down but then it defaults after about a minute back to 100% not sure why.

I have literally tried everything and about to shut the pump off for the night. Wouldn't want to have a flood in my sleep.

Okay, shut the pump down last night and deleted the tile. I will try again but I doubt it will work. I'm reaching out to sicce and the Neptune apex message boards also.
One thing I remember this morning is my pump always said "not connected". I reached out to sicce about this month's ago and they sent me detailed instructions how to fix it but it never worked. But I was always able to use the phone to control it. Don't know if that is related or not.
Also want to say that even the tdata changes in the advance tile but the pump remains constant 100%.

After I uninstalled I reinstalled pump on iota and everything works now. Unfortunately I got no help from Apex Neptune which I thought was kind of strange. They gave me a ticket number and I didn't hear from them for 4 days so I just tried to reinstall myself.
