If you have this pump would you mind getting me an actual diameter of the largest part across please? I think the hole in the top of my mixing container will be just a tiny bit too small for this pump but would like to confirm with someone that has one if you don't mind. Thanks!

My best attempt at physically measuring my ultra zero pump provided the result of 5.25".

That is likely without the ring unless they changed the dimension.

That is what I was afraid of. The hole in the top of my mixing container is 4 9/16" so I thought if it was really 4.7 like they claimed I might could find a way to make it work. But if that measurement they give didn't count something like that ring then I am in trouble I guess. Thanks again!

Anyone know of a similar pump but slightly smaller foot print?

I have (2) ultra zeros and they are fantastic. I use them for a lot of heavy lifting, but I did have a need to something similar to your situation where I needed a smaller pump with the same footprint. I took a chance on the Freesea 330 GPH 25W Submersible Water Pump for Pond Aquarium Hydroponics Fish Tank Fountain Waterfall and ordered (2) of them. One of them has been running continuously for about two years without issue. I'm sure it is not the quality of the Sicce but it suited the purpose.

Also, you may want to check out the Aqua Illumination Axis series of pumps which have a small footprint and may work depending on your specific application. I believe that this is newly introduced and I have not tried this pump yet.

Awesome! Really appreciate your input. Thanks!
