i have an eshopps s-200 (newest model) thats been stored away for a few months, it was working perfect and cleaned after its last use. i put it back online today and the pump draws power but no water is moving through it.

i took it apart and theres no damage to any part of it including the impeller. the only way i got it to spin was to remove the internal bushing from the impeller which it then spins fine but obviously a little wonky since it has extra wiggle room then.

any ideas on how to diagnosis the issue with this pump before i start buying parts. its a pretty expensive pump. i will get pics up later today but its looks basically new.

That model pump is well known for start up issue. Inspect the impeller's magnet to make sure it's not swollen. I used to use a zip tie and poke/wiggle the impeller to help it start.

should i be able to easily spin the impeller when in the pump (with no power to the pump)?
