Had this for about 2 months now. I always do a direct feed. It looks like its dying. Any suggestions or should I pull it put? Water parameters are perfect.

What are your water parameters? Perfect doesn't have much meaning in this hobby ;)

Ammonia- 0
Nitrate-0
Nitrite -0
Ph - 8.2
Temp- 77.8
Salintiy- 1.025

My other ACAN is doing great. I bought it with 2 heads and now has 6 heads. The one that is sick hasn't grown much but it was always eating.

IMO your nitrates are too low. I know your other corals may be doing great and you're target feeding, but your corals (esp LPS) will benefit a lot with some level nutrients in the water column. I would also inspect for pests on that acan and do a coral dip.
