Same day that these pictures were taken beautiful and doubling in size one hour and then dead looking 2 hrs later what happened?!?! I also had a starfish just die and be removed today, related?

Now it's looking back to normal could it have been eating or taking a poop? Lol maybe it was just stressed from the movement of me taking the starfish out today ‍

I do see what appears to be poop in the photo. Keep an eye on it. If it starts an inflate/deflate cycle, could be time to QT/treat, but leave it alone for now and see. How long have you had it? Water params ok?

My nems deflate and night lights out and lights on back looking good . I love nems but they are weird things

I think it just eliminate digested food. Also it may be stressed out and eliminate a bunch of Zooxanthellae.
if it continue to do this then it is a worry, if not it is just normal.

My haddonis looks bad and good throughout the day. Typically, bad once during the day and then good again. Bad right before lights out and then good again during lights out. Just wait it out and observe.
