Sick Angelfish

There is one white dot on the side fin looks larger than salt.... Is this lymph or ich? Something else? See pix, hes eating very well and active.

If it appears to be cottony or like cauliflower I’d say most likely lympho.

Cant make anything out in the pictures unfortunately. Could be any number of things from lympho to velvet to a sand grain. Hard to say
