Sick clarkii clown

Have a 10 year old female clarkii that's been acting weird. Showing heavy breathing acting lethargic, discoloration, and fin damage. Often laying in back rear of tank. Looking for some guidance as to what to do for poor girl.
She was seeming fine, laying eggs and all. Been about a week or two she's showing these signs.

Pics are a little fuzzy - Can you provide a video under white light intensity and about 25 seconds play time?
Also , what is age of clown and when is last time it ate?
Any change in salinity- temp - type of water used?
Fin damage can be aggression or fin rot but again need clearer image

No signs of aggression from couch observation not just up at the tank.
I picked the system up from someone in Feb. Was told the clowns and damsel close to 10 years old. But they could be wrong. Tomini was apart of the purchase. I added the corris wrasse and Midas in June.
I've added a few frags from my other system at various points.


No change to water. 1.026, 77-78 deg. Fuge with sea lettuce and what ever green algae grows. But generally<.05 p04 and 15ish no3 haven't checked in about a week. On the to do list today.

She still will eat, currently fed rods food as typing. Need to reset up Wi-Fi on this light and will try for better video here shortly. She's camera shy and I don't clean the side panels of the tank much. Stupid acrylic.
But here's a clip and a little feeding video I could get until I get to the lights adjusted.
One closer up photo albeit probably worse but might help.

I don’t think this is a contagious parasitic disease or an environmental problem.

Given the age of the fish and its kind of “old” look, I’d say this is mycobacterium marinum. Called “fish tuberculosis”, it is the leading cause of death in older aquarium fish. It isn’t treatable, but since it is found in literally every aquarium, it isn’t really contagious.
