Started yesterday morning he looked terrible but cleared up as the day went by, I treated with kordon rapid cure yesterday morning and this morning. This morning he looked like as the photos show, I did a freshwater dip and now looking for ideas!

Very difficult to see specific details. Best guess would be Brookynella or Velvet.
You need to research those diseases mentioned and reseach quarantine set up.

Kordon rapid cure is not going to cut it.

If it's white patches/slime looking stuff it's likely Brooklynella, and as has been said rapid cure won't do much. Best thing is a Formalin treatment. A Formalin bath before transfer to quarantine (followed by more treatment) is also a good idea.

Any idea where to quickly get this, what kind of local places would carry it?

Some stores will carry meds that have Formalin in it, I'd bet one of the meds at your LFS will have some in it just smaller concentrations. Ideally you'd want full 37% formaldehyde but no one will carry that in a store. I buy it from the science company online. If it's Brook you need to act quickly, if it's velvet you need to act just as fast but you'll need a copper treatment. To me it looks like Brook.

Sadly I have no local fish stores that I can easily run to and I'll be gone all of this weekend.
