Sick clown. What medication?

I have a clown fish that has been just hovering in one spot. He’s breathing heavy and hasn’t eaten in days. Visually I can’t see anything wrong. Nothing in the outside of his body. Is there a dip or medication that is worth trying instead of just watching him die.

It is in a pair and the other clown has been fine. It eats, swims around etc.

5 nitrate
9 dkh
.03 phosphate
400 CA
1300 mag

I think I can catch him easy so if there is a dip or something easy I’d like to try. Thanks!

Also I don’t have a hospital tank and I work a lot. A dip or something along those lines would be ideal
