I had one of my clowns die the other day (nothing noticeably wrong with him) and then this clown got milky/powdery skin (think it’s brooklynella?) and then saw his poop and there were white dots in. Got told it could be intestinal parasites? Two diseases with one fish? All help is greatly appreciated!

Yes that’s Brooklynella. I would recommend a 90 min Ruby Reef Rally bath followed by Metroplex dosed at 2 scoops per 10 gallons for 14 days. Any fish exposed will need to be treated and your DT left fallow for 6 weeks.
Internal parasites typically cause stringy white poop but can be treated with Metro laced food fed to him for 14 days.
If you don’t have any RRR you can do a 5 min FW dip to help buy him some time.
Time is not on your side brook is a quick killer.
